We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant.
Pawdmin doesn't charge transaction fees on top of your subscription. Standard payment processing fees from Stripe apply when you collect payments from your clients (2.9% + 30¢).
Yes. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card details on our servers.

Yes! We support importing clients and pets from CSV files, and our team can help with migrations from popular grooming software. Appointments are re-created in Pawdmin (one per client, then copy or rebook) because every tool structures services differently.
