Scheduling and Time Management

Time is your only inventory.

Time per groom:

• Small dog bath and tidy: 45-60 minutes
• Small dog full groom: 1-1.5 hours
• Medium dog full groom: 1.5-2 hours
• Large dog full groom: 2-3 hours

Daily schedule (5 dogs): 8:00, 9:30, 11:00, lunch, 1:30, 3:00, cleanup by 4:30.

Rules:

• Build 30-minute buffers between appointments
• Block one day per week for admin and deep cleaning
• Set a hard stop time
