Setting Up Pricing Tiers

Do not offer one price. Create tiers that let clients choose:

Tier 1: Bath and Tidy ($35-$60) — Bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim. Great for short-coated breeds or between full grooms.

Tier 2: Full Groom ($65-$120) — Everything in Tier 1 plus full haircut. This is your core revenue service.

Tier 3: Spa Package ($90-$150+) — Everything in Tier 2 plus premium shampoo, conditioning, teeth brushing, blueberry facial, bandana.

Why tiers work: Many clients choose the middle. Some always want premium. Spa add-ons cost you $2-$3 but add $20-$30 in revenue.
